Our hazelnut grain is a fresh and natural product. The hazelnuts are roasted at a temperature of 170° for about half an hour, long enough to eliminate the residual moisture and bring out the fruit’s essential aromas. Later the hazelnuts are peeled and chopped.
The product is sold in transparent bags designed to keep the fragrance intact. In the kitchen, the hazelnut grain can be used to make sweets and decorate cakes, it is also excellent to enrich ice-cream or prepare tasty cookies.
The grain gives that extra touch to our plates: it adds to them character and beauty, creating an intriguing contrast of textures in the mouth, very pleasant for the palate.
