“Le Chicche” white chocolate hazelnuts is a product made of hazelnuts and white chocolate, a delicacy with a sweet delicate flavour to keep on hand. The hazelnuts are roasted at about 170° for 30-35 minutes, the time sufficient to eliminate the residual moisture and to enhance the natural flavors of the fruit.
In a second stade the hazelnuts are coated in a fine layer of white chocolate. The product comes in fashionable glass containers to leave in sight for prompt consumption or to give as a gift to gourmands. In the kitchen it can be used as a dessert after meals or as decoration for cakes.
