“Le Chicche” dark chocolate hazelnuts is a product with a strong character, combining hazelnuts and dark chocolate for those who like vigorous flavours. The hazelnuts are roasted at about 170 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, the time necessary to eliminate the residual moisture and emphasize the natural flavors of the fruit.
In a second phase the hazelnuts get coated in a layer of fine dark chocolate. The hazelnuts, thus prepared, are sold in a pretty transparent package. Nice product for gifts or to give as a token to guests. Good to eat as a dessert, for decorating cakes and sweets, but also as a quality snack in place of more usual products.
